Angela Cisco Holt
Angela grew up just outside of Austin in a little town called Round Rock. Okay, it’s not so little anymore, but being part of that small community was an important part of Angela’s childhood. Shopping locally, knowing your neighbors, and watching out for each other….these ideals were at the core of her upbringing. Today, Angela’s sense of community is something she relies on both professionally and personally. Relationships with neighbors and friends keep Angela busy as well as spending time with her husband, Rick, and 14-year old son, Chase. As a mother, working close to home and being active in the community are important aspects of Angela’s life.
Rick Holt
Rick was raised in Florida and California, yet he understands and appreciates the many unique benefits of life in North Texas with its unmatched scenery, culture, and amazing restaurants! Rick has knowledge in all aspects of the real estate process with his start in the Military as a retired Navy Chief Petty Officer, responsible for over 120 sailors and doing multiple Submarine Operations for more than 21 years, preceding his success in buying and selling real estate. Educated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, Rick is a very active and connected community member in Frisco, and also a valued member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars of North Texas.
Our Journey
A licensed realtor for over 20 years now, Angela’s real estate career began in new home sales in San Diego and quickly moved up to a sales and marketing manager. Then continued to pursue her passion by moving into the residential resale market. She then went on to receive her broker's license in 2012. She she started working as an agent for Coldwell Banker where she and her partner were always the leading sales team in the office, winning the highest award each year for sales volume. For Angela, though, it’s always about quality. Throughout her career Angela was awarded 5-Star Award for Customer Service 7 years in a row.
In 2015, Angela and Rick made the move from California to Frisco, Texas. In Frisco, the Holts decided to change paths and open a fun space for both kids and their parents. The Holts ran their small business Jungle Joe's which became a community favorite.
When COVID-19 hit and businesses were shut down, the Holts returned to their roots in real estate. With David Rudd and Anthony Montroy, able to expand Kindred Real Estate Group to serve the DFW area. Rick and Angela have translated their love for their community into a prospering real estate group that is growing throughout North Texas.
Our Family
Nothing is more important to the Holts than family. Their family includes their son Chase and dogs Brooklyn and Bentley. The Holts love to spend their free time watching Chase's games, going to the lake, and spending time with family and friends.
On of the things the Holts love to do is explore the DFW area. They enjoy trying new restaurants, visting sports venues, and having staycations at local hotels. Angela and Rick love their community and want to continue share what makes it so great.
